RESERVATION, DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENTS
A deposit of $200 per person is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be credited to your final payment. Final
balance of the trip payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
The deposit can be charged on your credit card. Balance payment
must be made by check. Invoice statement and pre-trip documentation
will be sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. If your reservation
is made within 45 days of departure, the entire trip price
must be paid at the time of confirmation. Asia Voyages reserves
the right to cancel the reservation not paid in full by the
REVISIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
An administrative fee of $30 will be charged
for each itinerary revision after the trip invoice is issued
and sent to you. If you have to cancel the trip prior to the
scheduled departure, following penalties apply: UP to 45 days
before trip departure, $200 per person; 44 to 15 days, 25% of
tour price; 14 to 8 days, 40% of tour price; 7 to 1 day, 70%
of tour price; On or after departure date, 100% of tour price.
All cancellations should be received in writing. We strongly
recommend that you purchase travel insurance provided by Travelex
Insurance Services or other insurance providers, which help
provide for reimbursement in the event of unexpected cancellation.
REFUND ON UNUSED OR CHANGED
All claims for refunds must be made within 30 days
after termination of the trip. The claim must be accompanied
by a statement from our local tour representative offices certifying
exactly the services not rendered. Voluntary non-usage of hotel
accommodations, tour features or services is not refundable
or exchangeable for other accommodations, tour features or services.
Refunds will not be made if passengers change hotels and/or
services en route. Refunds are based on the actual cost of
services involved and not on a per diem basis.
TRIP PRICE INCLUSION & EXCLUSION
Please refer to each individual program, and the
specification of each tour proposal.
We can arrange the best-priced international airfare
in the class category requested at the time of your reservation.
Most of the discounted international air tickets are consolidator
tickets. They need to be issued within two weeks of the reservation.
You may charge the ticket to any major credit card. Should
you cancel or change your air reservation after ticket issuance,
penalties may apply.
Baggage allowance differs for the transpacific
and Asia section of your tour. US transpacific allowance is
two pieces of checked baggage totaling 106 inches ( sum of the
three dimensions) plus one carry-on bag not to exceed 39 inches.
Baggage allowance within China and other part of Asia is one
piece of bag not over 44 lbs. per person, plus a carry-on. Baggage
in excess of one piece per person will result in excess fees
to be paid by you on the spot if required by the air carrier.
Asia Voyages, Inc. of California, acts only in
the capacity as an agent in making arrangements for transportation,
hotels, and other services. The company does not assume any liability
whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or
delay due to any act or default of any carrier, hotel, restaurant,
company or person rendering any of the services included in
the tour or caused by strikes, civil disturbance, hostilities,
acts of war or other force majeure. Furthermore, no responsibility
is accepted for any damage or delay due to machinery breakdown,
quarantine, weather, or causes beyond our control. The right
is reserved to adjust the itinerary or to substitute hotels
due to local conditions. Neither the airlines nor public transportation
companies concerned are to be held responsible for any act,
omission, or event during the time the passenger is not aboard
their aircraft or conveyances. All rates are based on tariffs
and exchange rates in effect at the time of quotation or planning
are subject to adjustment in the event of changes therein.
